Faculty Writing Groups

Do you have trouble prioritizing your own writing?

Do you want a place to talk and think about your writing?

Do you want feedback on your writing? Join a faculty writing group!

Facilitated by the Writing Center's Associate Director and by the Graduate Writing Specialist, groups form each semester to offer support to faculty writing proposals, abstracts, articles, book chapters, and presentations. Faculty at any level (tenure-track or not) are welcome.

Feedback groups usually meet for two hours every other week. Members offer planned or spontaneous feedback to one another's writing. Occasionally, group members may choose to use the meeting time to write.
